Wholesale Terms
To inquire about being a stockist for Long Dog Yarn, please contact me via my Wholesale Inquiry form. My current wholesale policies are listed below.
All wholesale orders require a $500 minimum, not including shipping fees. A deposit of 50% of the order total is required to hold your spot on my dye schedule (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Once you place your order online, I will email you an invoice you for the deposit amount. The remaining balance + shipping fees will be invoiced when the order is ready to ship. Wholesale prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are shipped with either USPS Priority Mail or UPS and include tracking and insurance. If you would prefer a specific shipping method, please contact me to make the proper arrangements. You will receive shipment tracking information via email when your order ships. For international orders, the importer is responsible for all duties and/or customs charges.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
