Refund policy

Returns/exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving an item. Yarns must be in original skein to qualify for return or exchange. Any yarns that have been caked, rolled into a ball, or knit with are not eligible for return/exchange. Items must be mailed out within 21 days of receiving the item(s). Digital items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item. Refunds will not include shipping expenses.
