Shipping policy

In stock items ship within 3-7 business days. Items are shipped via USPS and include tracking information and delivery confirmation. Long Dog Yarn is not responsible for shipping delays. Please raise a claim with USPS regarding missing items or items damaged in transit.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees and/or duties assessed on items. Long Dog Yarn will not falsely mark shipments as “gifts” or lower item prices on customs forms in an attempt to avoid or lower duties.

Items returned due to incorrect address or item refusal/unpaid duties are eligible for refund or reshipment. If you elect to have the returned item(s) reshaped, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
