In stock, ready to ship items can take 3-7 business days to process. 

Preorder turnaround times are directly stated in each item listing at the time of purchase.

In the case that an item is not sastisfactory, an item may be returned for refund within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original state to be eligible for refund. To return an item, please contact me for a return shipping label. Once the item has been received, a refund for the item price will be issued. Postage costs are not eligible for refund.
