cormo: 100% non-superwash Cormo, 23 microns

polwarth: 100% non-superwash Polwarth, 22-25 microns

rambouillet: 100% American non-superwash Rambouillet, 21.5 microns, approx 3" staple 

rambouillet silk: 75% non-superwash Rambouillet, 25% mulberry silk

shaniko silk: 80% non-superwash Shaniko (Rambouillet/Merino), 20% mulberry silk, 20.4 microns

Due to the nature of hand-dyed, speckled yarn and fiber, each item may differ slightly both within and between dyelots. Alternating skeins every couple of rows is recommended when working large projects with multiple skeins of the same colorway. I do my best to capture the true color of the yarn in natural lighting conditions, however colors may vary due to differences in lighting and between screens.

Each skein/braid is dyed using professional, acid-fast dyes and is rinsed to remove excess dye. However some bleeding may still occur with the first few washes and the use of a color catcher sheet is recommended for the darkest colors and purples/reds/pinks. If you water is hard (more basic), it is also recommended that you add a small amount of vinegar to water to avoid bleeding.

Hand washing yarn in cool to luke warm temperature water is recommended. Lay flat to dry.
